For people committed to personal growth who are navigating a career, identity, or life transition.
Create clarity about what comes next, make confident decisions, and build a practical roadmap for your next chapter.
You may not have all the answers yet, but you know your current path no longer reflects who you are becoming.
You have accomplished goals you once wanted, but the life, career, or identity you built no longer feels aligned.
You are considering a career change, starting something new, redefining your priorities, or creating a different future.
You have spent time thinking about what needs to change and want support creating a clear direction and practical plan.
The goal of coaching is not just gaining insight. It is creating the clarity, confidence, and action needed to build a life that feels aligned.
"Shayna skillfully guided me to clarity for what next steps in my business development are actually in tune with my personal values, strengths, and circumstances. This revealed my assumptions that blocked me from completing my project. Her careful listening, intentional questions, and gentle redirections let me see clearly the next steps that are actually personally relevant to me. I feel so grateful and relieved to realize the answers were inside me - I just needed skilled help to connect the dots."
"I was hesitant at first because I worried I'd be told what to do or pushed into a decision or understanding that wasn't really mine. Instead, the sessions gave me the space to find my own answers. One of the biggest shifts was gaining clarity about different aspects of myself, which helped me think through a lot of major things. What I appreciated most about Shayna's coaching style was that she never told me what to do. She asked guiding questions that helped me uncover and gain clarity, and to be able to come to my own conclusions."
Before becoming a coach, I built my career in technology, including my time at Microsoft, and studied at Yale University. On paper, I had many of the markers of success. At the same time, I was navigating a much deeper transition—leaving the religion I had been raised in and embracing my queer identity. Those experiences challenged not just what I believed or what I did for work, but who I understood myself to be.
Living through that process taught me that the hardest transitions aren't just about changing careers or setting new goals. They're about letting go of identities that no longer fit, making peace with uncertainty, and creating a life that reflects who you're becoming rather than who you were expected to be.
Today, I coach people navigating identity transitions of all kinds—whether they're rethinking their career, redefining relationships, questioning long-held beliefs, or entering a new stage of life.
My coaching combines reflective inquiry with intentional action. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to admit what you actually want and the relief to say no to the things you don't want.
I'm currently pursuing my ICF coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Intelligence, building on a coaching philosophy centered on sustainable, identity-driven change.
I don't believe transformation is about becoming someone entirely new. I believe it's about uncovering the person who has been emerging all along.
Lasting change does not come from simply setting new goals. It comes from understanding who you are becoming, making decisions that reflect that identity, and creating the actions that bring it to life.
If you know your current path no longer fits, coaching can help you understand what is changing, define what comes next, and take meaningful action toward a life that feels aligned.
