This policy explains how KA Coaching ("I," "me," or "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit this website, take the Life Alignment Assessment, join a waitlist, subscribe to emails, book a session, use the client portal, or work with me as a coaching client.

I only send marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, for example by checking the box when you take the assessment or join a waitlist. I record when you gave consent.

Unsubscribing: every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you're a coaching client, I may still send emails you need about your sessions, such as scheduling, even if you've unsubscribed from marketing emails.

I share information only with the service providers that help me run my business. They're allowed to use it only to provide their services to me:

Each provider has its own privacy policy. I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

6. Coaching confidentiality

What you share in coaching is confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. There are two exceptions:

Testimonials and client stories: I share them only with your written permission, and anonymized unless you choose otherwise.

Group programs: participants agree to keep what others share confidential. Group sharing is not recorded.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in to the client portal. That's the only cookie on the site — there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

I track site usage myself, on my own server, instead of using a service like Google Analytics. Here's exactly what that means:

Do Not Track: the site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals — though since no cross-site tracking or cookies are used for analytics here, there's nothing DNT would change about how this site behaves.
